25th International Symposium on Controversies in Vascular Surgery
 Carotid Artery Disease
 Friday 27th August 2010

Teilum Building, Auditorium A, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen

CME accredited – 6h

The longstanding tradition of organising an International Symposium at Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen has reached a mile stone: No 25.

The topic this year is on Carotid Artery Disease. Current evidence indicates that open repair remains first choice. Is endovascular management then buried? And which patients should be managed pharmacologically only?  These and many more questions will be asked. We have invited Neurologists, Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons to highlight the latest results and analyse how data should affect management of the individual patient.

Come and join us and take part in the discussions.  We hope that neurologists, vascular surgeons as well as interventional radiologists will find this symposium of interest.

The CME committee of UEMS, Division of Vascular Surgery,

has approved the symposium for 6 hours.
